Re Dairy Competition – Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter The promoter of this competition is Re Dairy Limited (“the Promoter”), located in New Zealand.

  2. Eligibility

    • This competition is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older.

    • Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, and any agencies or companies directly associated with the competition are not eligible to enter.

  3. Competition Period

    • The competition opens on Monday 31st March and closes at 11:59 PM NZST on Sunday 20th April. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

  4. How to Enter

    • To enter, participants must complete the entry form on the competition landing page: https://redairynz.com/competition

    • Strictly only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

  5. Prize

    • Competition prizes consist of:

      1st Prize Draw: 2 separate 1st prize winners of a $1000 Woolworths Gift Cards (1 Gift Card per winner)
      2nd Prize Draw: 4       separate 2nd prize winners of a $500 Woolworths Gift Cards (1 Gift Card per winner)
      3rd Prize Draw: 4       separate 3rd prize winners of a 3 Month Subscription to Wonky Box (1 Subscription per winner)
      Plus: 20 additional coupon draws for a free tub of Re Yoghurt.

    • $500 Woolworths Gift Cards

    • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.

  6. Winner Selection and Notification

    • The winner will be selected by a random draw conducted by the Promoter within 7 days of the competition closing date.

    • The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during entry within 5 working days of the draw.

    • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 10 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

  7. Publicity

    • By entering, participants agree that if they win, the Promoter may use their name and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation.

  8. Privacy

    • Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.

  9. Liability

    • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

    • The Promoter is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with the competition or the prize, to the extent permitted by New Zealand law.

  10. General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition if it cannot be conducted as planned.

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by New Zealand law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand court.
