Breakfast Bowl with Fresh Fruit and Granola

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt (use ReDairy Plain Yoghurt for a smoother and more fluid texture)
  • 1/2 cup granola (choose your favorite type or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruits (such as berries, sliced bananas, apples, or any seasonal fruits)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • A sprinkle of chia seeds or flaxseeds (for extra nutrients)
  • A few mint leaves (for garnish and freshness)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Fruit
    Wash and prepare your fruits. Slice any larger fruits like bananas or apples. Berries can be left whole or sliced if they are large like strawberries.
  2. Assemble the Bowl
    Spoon the plain yogurt into a bowl. You can stir in a bit of honey or maple syrup into the yogurt if you like it sweeter.
  3. Add Granola and Fruits
    Sprinkle the granola evenly over the yogurt. Arrange the sliced fruits on top of the granola. This not only looks appealing but provides a nice mix of textures
  4. Garnish
    Sprinkle chia seeds or flaxseeds over the top for added nutrients and a bit of crunch. Garnish with fresh mint leaves to add a refreshing touch. Drizzle a little more honey or maple syrup over the top if desired.
  5. Serve & Enjoy
    Serve immediately. This ensures the granola remains crunchy and the fruits fresh.
