- 1/2 cup granola (choose your favorite type or homemade)
- 1/2 cup fresh fruits (such as berries, sliced bananas, apples, or any seasonal fruits)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- A sprinkle of chia seeds or flaxseeds (for extra nutrients)
- A few mint leaves (for garnish and freshness)
Instructions:

Prepare the Fruit
Wash and prepare your fruits. Slice any larger fruits like bananas or apples. Berries can be left whole or sliced if they are large like strawberries. -
Assemble the Bowl
Spoon the plain yogurt into a bowl. You can stir in a bit of honey or maple syrup into the yoghurt if you like it sweeter. -
